Macros experiment continues, slight loss this morning. January numbers below for reference. Yes, I’ve lost weight, but what really matters is how much the blob has gone down. 7.4 lbs of fat. In all honesty, the January 1 weight is probably exaggerated because that would have been after a NYE party, but overall, January 2023, blob was around the same for the whole month. Had to go back to March 2021 for the same level of blob, but the muscle was low at that point.

Current exercises are walking, including some good hills, swimming and rowing. No food restrictions other than meeting the macros for the day. Protein is the hardest challenge, but NF Greek yogurt lets me catch up if needed. Noticing bras are looser, some of my smaller shoes fit better, abdomen is way down. Tried on a bunch of exercise/leisure clothes yesterday as i was sorting them, some have been reclaimed from the “too fat for dat” space at the back of the drawer.

The ugly selfies photo documentation from yesterday was meh, but that’s the point. Just need a visual reminder for later, similar to the data points. Nope, not sharing. Overall, pleased. It was one hell of a year for various reasons, but coming back and getting to where i want to be.

Another fantastic sunset last night along with a glimmer of what’s to come for Halloween. Love these people and they also have two German Shepherds. Excited to see what they do this year.
