Yes! Back to baseline 🙂 Doing 16:8 today, tomorrow, and Sunday with food logging and portion control keeping kcal at or under maintenance. Birthday celebration tomorrow afternoon including a measured dessert. Will resume fasting on Sunday after dinner. Planning to fast for 3-4 days, depending on progress.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 151.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
