So close. Still, am breaking fast today and starting back fasting tomorrow. Watched "My 600 lb Life" last night. WLS really is life saving for some people. "Protein, protein, protein. Build your meals around protein. Eat your protein first." Good advice all around.
278.8 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 153.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm so afraid of WLS. I personally knew a lady who died a couple of years afterward from ongoing complications.

WLS is not for me, either. It's like riding a bicycle on a gravel road.

wls I would like to have but being a smoker I'd have to quit smoking and I have tried it before and not been able to do it. so I must do this weight loss journey natural with no surgery but I can and will do it..

At 280, I qualified once and went to many preliminary appointments. At the same time, I discovered keto and lost enough weight to decide to drop out. i'm so glad I did. I'm kind of an all-natural type, and it just felt wrong for me. We can do it, we're all working on living our best life. Carry on FS warriors!

I have watched that show too and even though I have never been very overweight it is a good reminder to help keep it off. I always too make sure I get my 120 grams of protein every day. Fat and carbs will vary a little but try to stick to my maintenance macros as much as possible.
