so yesterday was the b-day.. treated myself to a brownie and corn on the cob and baby back ribs.... jump on the scale this morning cringing....
OMG down another pound!
WHat do I learn from this - sometimes it pays to cheat!

And oh wow! My status bar has turned blue!!!!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Help - I can't help but notice that you are doing relly well on Dukan, I seem to be having some problems and was wondering if you could help. I just finished the attack phase of the diet and I honestly did not cheat but my scale has not moved at all in the past 5 days - what am I doing wrong? I am celiac and can not get gluten free oat bran but the moderator on the Dukan face book page just said to leave it out. Any suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated!
