LBL's Journal, 17 March 2015

So we are at the 3 week mark as of yesterday 3-16-17. As of today I have lost 9lbs in 3wks or 10lbs in 6 wks. We are still doing pretty good on No Sugar and No White Flour, but it seems out intake of carps or too many calories is prohibiting us from lose more wt. We have been staying fairly active how ever Kathy had a dental issue (root canal) and they keep out of exercise two days or at least one work out. Kathy is at 245 so she is down 10 full pounds. We both feel better how ever for me there is really no "Spark" right now.......no "Life of the Party" aspect what so ever. I missed that. But want to make better choices......but still miss it. Any way primarily due to my discussion with my son last night (and GOD...lol) I well keep to the plan of NO Sugar and No White Flour meaning NO DRINNKING till May 15, 2015.
272.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
