My wife and I are working out 5 days a week with some light wt lifting for arms and some for chest and back. are doing 3 sets of crunches 30 reps per and then doing 3 sets leg lifts of 10 per. we are walking on incline treadmill around 9 or 9.5 at 2 to 2.5 and doing so for 45 min to 60 min. been working great. Have went from 283 2-21-15 to 261 on 4-8-15. 22lbs in approx. 6 weeks and a couple of days. No sugar (refined) no white flour and only eat carbs at lunch time. LOTS of Fruit and LOTS of Veggies but with an eye on carbs. LOTS of Meat.......love it.....lol. Ok so the Food is but I soooooo Miss Drinking (alcohol) and I miss my COMFORT / BAR FOOD......lol..........So this is going to go on until May 15, 2015 but even after that we can NOT stop or we will gain it all back. FYI don't let that happen......:)

261.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
