So am at 5 days no drinking and no smoking (not as tough as one would have thought but like last year seems life is a bit more boring) having said that it has come to my attention that one needs to learn what a "Good Day" either looks like or the definition of one is (of course this is very subjective). Kathy and I are back together (but still have some pretty serious steps ahead of us mostly dealing with her children and how she handles them) and we are back on the no sugar no white flower diet once again. I am at 243 lb as of today so that means that since last March I have lost and kept off 46lbs. My goal is to drop another 40 lbs by this time next year (medium rage goal) but short term goal would be to drop 20 lbs during this diet time which is being done during Lent but only for about 5 wks (Monday 2-22-16 to Monday after Easter 3-28-16) vs the full 6 wks from Ash Wednesday to Thursday before "Good Friday". Tonight will be my 6 day in a row working out. I plan on working out 4 to 5 days a week for the next 4 weeks. WISH ME LUCK.......lol

Have been staying pretty good to watching what I eat and when. Going to really try and stop some of my bad habits and especially the one that causes bad behavior.......I have done this in the past but this time is different..........and I and SOO PRAYING that it works.....anyway its a good day a Friday and my Boy is going to be Starting against Wake Forest for Louisville Football Team...........GO CARDS!!!!!!!!!

I have been working out 4 days a week the past month. I personal situation is in flux and I have having to move. This has caused me high anxiety and it turns out helps suppress my appetite. I am however eating pretty healthy and really watching my sugar intake and my white flour. My drinking however is an issue because if I stopped that my wt loss would be much greater..........but as always I am working on it. My plan is to continue to work out, keep my self busy with a Class I am going to at the Christian Theological Seminary school up by Butler University and also go to different classes at the Creek. Next month may start the Celebrate Recover meetings they have on Mondays then my class on Tuesday and with me working out 4 days a week or more but no longer then 60 to 70 mins at a time. I will soooo Miss Kathy........:(
