Katsolo's Journal, 21 August 2023

Definitely a non-standard weekend, but i did try to stop and make meals rather than grabbing food haphazardly. Got 8.9K steps inside the house yesterday and rowed to close my rings. Not being able to open the back door for air made it hot, but I had a fan on me so it was tolerable. Can’t believe I ever did daily doubles outside in the heat, it really sucks it out of you quickly which is why i only did 30 minutes instead of 45. Haven’t dared to look at the pool or the basement yet. I should just charge the pool cleaner and drop it in there without looking. You’re on your own, little robot, good luck!

In some minor NSVs, went through a couple of drawers of t-shirts. I do not need any more t-shirts again. Ever. But they all fit. Even the smaller ones, so that’s good. So now i have a very fancy, confirmed wardrobe of shorts and t-shirts and swimsuits. Life is good in the sense that this combo works most days in my WFH life. Not gonna complain.

Blob up a notch, water way down (sweaty anyone?), muscle down, life is good.

I think t-shirts multiply in dresser drawers like rabbits 🤣 That's the only explanation I can think of. Like you, I don't think I'll ever need to buy another one for the rest of my life

I'm the same with tshirts! Everytime we go on vacation Joe surprises me with another one...yay..🫡 Glad you got some cardio in. I like rowing but it always hurts my back. That leads me to believe I must be rounding my back.

I don’t even understand where they all came from!?!?! I should just give up and give away all the plain white ones. I am a white shirt disaster. You could lock me in a clean room and I’d figure out a way to get a spot on it within minutes. That said, they look so nice when you first put them on. 🤣

You are definitely rounding, Diana. I had to work especially hard to develop and maintain my form. I like the videos because they remind you constantly.

Screwing up my back these past two years contributed as well

Good to hear the storm didn't hit you too hard, lots of folks flooded it appears. Isn't it great that all your clothes fit? Well done and another drop!
