Log and run, but blob is receding even though the overall is up a tiny bit. Muscle is good. Love/hate relationship with the smart scale continues. I will say this, it does help me keep my sanity and logging daily makes me less reactive to the numbers.

164.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
