Dukan Day 59

138 Pounds-amazing but seemingly true :)

I had a higher cal day yesterday and I think that helped a lot. HAve to beef up the toning exercises. I definitely see the effects of stretched out skin and it ain't pretty. I have to admit I am very anxious-this is new territory for me-SUCCESS is a strange island.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WOW! Fantastic! look at you eating right and taking care of business! I like the soaking your feet method of staying out of the kitchen. My feet could use a little summer primping so I might try that. At least we seem to have faced the enemy (night time snacking). Amazing girl!! I am so jealous! LOL
