I AM TOTALLY SHOCKED THAT I LOST SOMETHING I WAS BAD ALL WEEKEND WELL NOT TO BAD BUT I HAD CHIPS AND A CUP CAKE AT A BRIDAL SHOWER AND FROZEN YOGART SO I JUST KNEW I WAS GOING TO GAIN WEIGT VERY HAPPY
238.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 81.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
