Hope to make this my new favorite website when I'm bored at work. For the last 2 months I've been working on quitting smoking. That and the holidays I think I may have put on 25+ lbs. I really need some help here. I got a pedometer and it lookes like my activity is way below average. It doesn't help that I don't get up 4Xs a day to walk out to the smoking area. Ha!
