Getting back at it after having a crappy weekend of eating...the weekend was a lot of fun, but I didn't eat exactly healthy. I decided you have to have that once in a while or you almost end up resenting yourself a bit. The key is to get right back up on the horse and continue back with your eating the right way! Really made me enjoy the things I ate as a real treat, instead of being normal things to eat... Not sure I'm truly conveying what I mean... In a nutshell, if you can't enjoy some things that are junk food occasionally I think you'll eventually stop following your diet as close because you're denying yourself a little enjoyment, because food is good, fun, and social. The main thing is that you view it as a treat and nothing more, not the normal routine of eating. That's what I've done, and I'm back at my calorie counting and increasing my protein intake. I feel good and going to keep on keepin on!!! Gonna bring it!!
