tweaked my back on monday, so working out was put on hold this week...and what happens when you just sit around...you eat more than you should!! got back on the horse and cut my cals the last couple...still gonna wait til next week to hit the gym so I can let my back rest up and re-injure it!! thanks for support from this fat secret community!! always helps to see someone supporting your struggles and triumphs!!
