Trying to hit the 190 mark by my birthday, April 3. We'll see!
Anyone else doing Beachbody programs or interesting in trying them? I'm doing the "21 Day Fix Extreme" right now and today was the first time I felt good about it (did "Dirty Extreme"). Sure, it's only Day 5 but it's been pretty killer to this point. They aren't kidding with the "extreme" moniker. Since I've been eating paleo-ish I didn't feel that the diet portion would help me much but it's pretty decent although a tad bit skewed from what I'd normally eat. A bit more fruit and a bit less fat. If this is what it takes to get ripped then I'm all good! (insert evil laugh here!) ;)

Great work! I just finished that at the end of December. I loved it. I'll actually probably do it again at some point. I think next will be ChaLEAN Extreme or Insanity. I'm sort of afraid of Insanity but I want to step up and see if I can do it. :)

I love the Beachbody programs. I've done T25, Insanity, Piyo and Insanity Max:30. I'm currently doing T25 again with zero modifications this time. I lost over 55 pounds with the help of them and eating right

@Leah1215 Awesome work! I've done T25 and liked that one, too. I own Piyo but haven't done it yet. I really just bought it for evaluation so it's a bit far down on the list for me. How was Insanity Max:30? Seems too crazy for me. @Rockiesfan wow, I'm not that brave. Have you tried Insanity Max:30?
