Ok. I am going to go back to phase 1, with the exception of my oatmeal in the am. Ever since I went to 2, it seems that I am only going 1lb a week. Is that normal?
194.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yes, that is supposed to be a healthy weight loss rate. 1-2 lbs a week is the quickest that you want to lose to keep it off.

Yes it is normal and like 143mcw said its the healthy way to do it it does add up faster then you think. Eventually staying on phase 1 you will see the same slowing occuring. Just keep adding as much workout as you can and it will come off. Stick with and Good luck

The slower you lose, the less likely the pounds are to creep back on. Slow and stady!
