Exactly a kilo (2.2 pound) down, so feeling satisfied but I still need to work hard to be able to get into my posh dress for my niece's wedding. So onwards and upwards
174.4 lb Lost so far: 48.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
