Ive lost 2 lbs. this week I had measured today and I had lost an inch in my waist, an 1 1/2 inches in my hips, and an inch in my thighs. I really do need to incorporate my exercise program today.
I want to drink twice as much water this week and go back to view my intake from last week and adjusted it to get me to be able to begin induction of 20 carb intake instead of a range of 25-30.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
