After a bad weekend, and an okay week, I'm still a little surprised to see my weight go up. Time to give up wine, and cut back on cheese.
227.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had to cut back my alcohol/wine too but never cheese. I have my limits and giving up cheese is just that.
