just meal prepped chicken, turkey, and steak and lots of veggies!! adjusting calories down to 1600 abd still avoiding gluten for the most part.
214.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
