Well, okay... so not *quite* back on track yet, after all. I thought that getting back home would mean immediately returning to all my routines, including my successful weight-loss habits. In practice, it has not been as automatic as that, with a family member temporarily absent (but returned today). Partly from that, partly because my husband and I have been kicking up our heels a bit, and partly because I have not felt like exercising, or doing almost anything else under this punishing heat wave, we have not been as dedicated to our old regimen as we were formerly. However, tomorrow is the beginning of a new work week, and I fully and firmly intend to begin again tomorrow. I have worked too hard to turn back now, just when I am really enjoying the benefits of having lost so much weight. I *refuse* to go back to feeling the way I felt before, both in general and about myself. I am really looking forward to buying myself a new dress for my husband's work Xmas party, and looking fabulous in it! Excelsior!!!

Hi there, thanks for sending me PM and for your support. You have done a fabulous job - wow, 160 lb. I can only dream. I can't imagine what I would like at that weight. I have sent my goal for 175 lb (originally had a goal of 199 lb). When I reach that I may lower it again but as I say at my age (55) and height (5' 6") I can't imagine being much lower than 170. Too wrinkly, saggy, etc. Hope you are getting back into your groove!
