3 weeks gluten free. stomach feels a lot better. now to clean up more so I can start losing weight! joined the gym again.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1893 kcal Fat: 78.56g | Prot: 75.34g | Carb: 230.89g.   Breakfast: Cucumber (with Peel) , Kind Healthy Grains Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate. Lunch: Wonderful Roasted & Salted Pistachios in Shells, Simple Truth Organic 72% Cacao Dark Chocolate Chunks, Dannon Light & Fit Greek - Cherry, Kraft Gluten Free Macaroni & Cheese. Dinner: Jennie-O Ground Turkey 93/7, Del Monte Whole Green Beans (Canned). Snacks/Other: Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, General Mills Corn Chex Gluten Free, Oreo Cool Mint Creme, Dole Dark Sweet Cherries, RW Garcia Sweet Potato Crackers. more...

i am gluten intolerant and my son is celiac. look into Ezekiel 4:9 bread(no flour but really tasty healthy bread) will be found in the frozen section!! Einkorn whole wheat flour (low gluten no pesticide flour) my son will eat 6 small pancakes- is so good. itll help make gluten free a more enjoyable journey.
