Ok, so I went off this diet for one evening on Sunday. I ate about 2000 calories extra. The next day I had gone from 144 to 147. It had taken me a month to loose that weight. Now I am stuck at 145. I still have 10 pounds to go. It seems impossible.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
