Not sure this really counts, since I'm not sure how accurate last week's weigh-in was. But, it's a motivator to seem to be down 6 lbs!
236.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

If this is your first week on ww it is very possible. I lost 8 my first week... just a fyi you will typically lose 2 a week so do not be disappointed the next week... Still is AWESOME!!!
