Apparently calorie zig zagging works when you actually do it! This week's zigzag was unintentional, but I'm going to do it on purpose next week and see if I have more of the same results. Over 2 lbs in 1 week ain't bad at all!

Chest: 37.5 -.5
ribs: 32.5
waist: 34 +.5
waist #2: 37
hips: 42.75
thigh (ea): 24.5 - 1
bicep (ea): 12

Weekly inches changed: 1
Total inches lost: 4
wk1 - .75
wk2 - 2.25
wk3 - 1
166.8 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
