Here we go again. I really want to stick closely with keto because this way of eating helps my inflammation and pain levels. I have gained way too much in the last 5 yrs. I have got to get serious.
With the degeneration of my spine, the ability to exercise is getting less and less. I need keto more than ever.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
