Hey I'm back. I don't know if anybody but me is reading these things, but it's been real crazy at work and home. I've done fairly well at watching what I eat but the work outs have been sparadic. Been doing more ab workouts at home lately. I remember when I started this quest for 6 pack abs, I thought if I lost 10 pounds of fat I would be there no problem. Well I've lost 13 pounds so far and I'm lifting heavier weights now than when I started so I know I've put on several pounds of muscle and looking in the mirror today I would guess that I still have about 5 more pounds of fat to loose. This is truely a challenge for a 46 year old man. But if my man Mark Martin can do it age 50, then so can I!
