Hey I'm back. I don't know if anybody but me is reading these things, but it's been real crazy at work and home. I've done fairly well at watching what I eat but the work outs have been sparadic. Been doing more ab workouts at home lately. I remember when I started this quest for 6 pack abs, I thought if I lost 10 pounds of fat I would be there no problem. Well I've lost 13 pounds so far and I'm lifting heavier weights now than when I started so I know I've put on several pounds of muscle and looking in the mirror today I would guess that I still have about 5 more pounds of fat to loose. This is truely a challenge for a 46 year old man. But if my man Mark Martin can do it age 50, then so can I!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah I saw where Mark Martin made the Chase this year but what's up with Junior? Maybe next year or he'll never live up to the success that his daddy had. Ok enough NASCAR talk and good job with your weight loss efforts.
