The trend is indeed downward again with the addition of cardio. Over the weekend had some bread and butter. But still found it hard to hit 1500 cal due to not being hungry and avoiding added sugars (diabetes risk, I reversed mine and have no desire to get back to that).
235.0 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
