Had a doctor's appointment yesterday, but still managed to get a workout in. "30 Day Shred". Need to push myself today because I really DON'T feel like working out. But gotta do it NOW.
130.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
