Trying to stay true to the nutritional ketogenic recommendations, Watching weight go up and down like a roller coaster is always aggravating but its just a number, meanwhile inches have dropped lost 1/2 inch from the hip and 1 1/2 from upper thigh... so stall is over!!!

I have stopped counting calories other than for a reference point.
Feel GREAT!
