Today, I am 45 pounds lighter than when I started my journey. The 140's are within my sight now!
So I ate a ton of carbs and calories yesterday, and I'm down another 2 pounds. I can't believe it really. I ate Panera for breakfast, a souffle and a yogurt parfait both filled with carbs, but not totally unhealthy either. For lunch I kept it low carb with just some veggies, dip and lunch meat and dinner was grilled chicken and green beans. Went to a party and also had rum and some peanut butter cheese crackers. I really need to work on getting my calories up, cause the last 2 days I've had higher calories and lost. I know I said i was going to try to weigh in just once every 3 days, but being OCD i just had to know what my high carb day did to me. I'm again, pleasantly surprised. I won't mind sticking to the WOE for life if I can occasionally eat breads, pasta and crackers every once in awhile and still maintain. Well the scale said 151 at 230am , and 4 hours later it was 150 a goal I had set for 4th of July, but didn't make thanks to that stall.
