I didn't work out yesterday. First day I missed in a long time. Didn't eat much though, and I finally lost something!
B, S & DL Very good w/o. 4 sets (5 Bench) x 10 reps. 175 lbs.; should try 185 lbs soon. Weighed in at 171.6 lbs this morning.... Finally lost a bit!
