Well I'm only going to weigh myself once per week, each Friday morning. Hopefully that will keep my sanity in tack while I embark on this weight loss journey.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
