I think I did well this weekend. Saturday was a bit of a cheat day, but I was good with it. Sunday was a lazy day and it was game day.....I manage to eat well, I did not partake in the eating that game day has. I'm off to bed not feeling hungry. It was also a dry weekend....yup thats right, no wine. I'll begin the week with a new mind set and continue on this journey. Friday I will weigh myself and begin all over again.....one week at a time, one pound at a time.
