I really tired to eat my calories yesterday, it's so hard to eat all that food in a day. Then this morning I stepped on the scale and I'm up. WT???
The husband told me last night that we are booked for Cancun in April. The preasure is now on...
What can I do to hurry this along? I'm frustrated because I'm not seeing the scale numbers go down nor am I fitting into my cloths....Babbling, but I'm frustrated today.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
