Had a few days where I wasn't particularly careful about portions. I'm glad that I'm still under 160, and the gain is probably normal fluctuation, but I do need to be a little more rigid about what I'm eating, especially after 5 pm and especially alcohol.

My legs were sleepy today, but I pushed through my first interval workout anyway. I only did 3 intervals. They were 10 min/miles at a 5% incline. For some people that's a jog, I know, but my top pace EVER was 11 min/mile. I'm sure that to see benefits from interval training you need more than 3 intervals and I probably should take smaller breaks, but it was my first try, so I was kind to myself.

Wednesday is an easy breezy day for me teaching wise, so I can catch up with other stuff I need to do. Hopefully I can make it to a park, too. I like walking in nature-y places.
159.7 lb Lost so far: 15.3 lb.    Still to go: 29.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
