haven't worked out this weekend, but got pretty sick and lost my appetite so i suppose it must have balanced out...have to start working out again or i'll leave it to long and it will be harder to start up again.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
