Awesome! Great work. Just try to remember that the journey is never “finished”. It’s a lifestyle and the journey itself is the ultimate reward. Congratulations 🎊🎉🍾 You deserve it

One thing I love about FS is that even though we are all on our individual fitness journeys, most of us support and cheer each other on! I read stories like yours, and even though we are in different phases, I feel so motivated to stay on my own journey and stay healthy and fit. Keep moving forward Zach, you motivate so many of us!💜💪

Congratulations! When I started my journey I was also 400+ lbs. So I relate SO MUCH! One step at a time. Momentum is real. Plateaus happen. Grit your teeth and persevere through them. This is a long haul scenario. Celebrate the little victories! Find your carrot and dangle those rewards! (Big and little!) Find support systems. Reboot with diets, doctors, programs, mini breaks, exercises, as needed, but just know, it's a long haul. I'm 20 years in from being 400 lbs. I lost it by myself. I gained 50 of the 220 I lost during the pandemic. January 2nd I started back on a program and I'm 24 lbs down. I had to have my doctor's help... no shame. So I celebrate you! I cheer for you! I know how hard. I know the grit it will require. I send you grit-thought-waves and confetti-thought-waves!

Congratulations, man! Keep it up! I can't believe that you have lost me+100lbs. I can only imagine how differently you feel. Don't forget to take video of yourself feeling good and proud. In hard times, you can look back at them and motivate yourself.
