Being away from home most of the day helping my mom pack for her upcoming move almost undid me. She doesn't have much food in the house so she went out for taco bell. I was conservative in what I got and just had one thing off the fresco menu so it didn't set things off to bad other than being a little heavy on the carbs. But later I snacked on about a serving of cashews before I entered it in. Had I known it would have been worth nearly half my fat budget I wouldn't have had more than a couple if any. It made it challenging to shuffle the rest of my day but I think it balanced out pretty ok. I am really glad though that I was able to make time for the gym today so overall I'm feeling in a good place about the day. Paying for a gym membership is pretty motivating for someone as money conscious as I am. If I don't go at least twice a week it makes me feel like I'm not getting my money's worth.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
