I'm so excited to have finally lost a few pounds - especially after a gluttonous vacation weekend in Florida. I need to keep myself occupied in the evenings. I'm eating and drinking my way to bed most nights. boo.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
