Oh my - headed in the wrong direction. Winter is tough and I'm always hungry for snack food. When I started this quest 50 lbs ago - I had planned to meet my original goal by the summer of 2014. Didn't make that. Maybe I should adjust my weight goal.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

OK - just viewed/listened to the "3 Death Foods to Avoid" ad seen on the side bar. Worth your time. I ordered the Slim Force4. We'll see what happens. I will keep you all posted.
