Guessing water weight again, or could be muscle mass adding on as my strength is improving. Doctor wants me to slow the weight loss to 5#/month I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to given my body's want to move and lack of appetite.
242.6 lb Lost so far: 23.8 lb.    Still to go: 39.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
