Happy with the 1/2 lb - considering I didn't track my food for a week, 2 days in a row where I overdid the carbs last week at functions...plus I lost the Karaoke contest (not sure how, since I didn't miss any notes, and I was on key...), so I consoled myself with a really crappy donut lmao
