mmm - I DO love my Swai (fish) - could probably eat it every day of the week lol - doesn't have a strong flavor, and not a bone in it. Usually bake it with a little lemonpepper, couple squirts of lemon juice and just a little garlic salt - or toss it in the frying pan, basically same spices, except when I fry it, I use just a little Italian style bread crumbs - usually about a tablespoon or so for 2 filets and just enough olive oil to keep it from sticking...it is SO good -
