Well I'm slightly up. No sweat though. I worked out kind of late last night and drank water throughout the workout, plus mother nature is taking her toll :-) I usually don't weigh everyday so that I don't have to get caught up with these little up and down increments throughout the week because I stress out and usually eat worse LoL. This time I can identify the reasons (including eating those dinner rolls) and not worry about a few little ounces. All I need to do is stay consistant and my body will take care of the rest.
298.2 lb Lost so far: 8.2 lb.    Still to go: 123.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi I read your profile and totally get where you are coming from. You are awesome and I know you will do it. I am a former athlete and would think I coudl turn it around. But nope I can not so I am reaching out and hope to find some new friends on this journey! Good luck d
