Happy Easter! Did prep yesterday for the big get together and will go over to the kids' later today to finish the cooking. Daughter is working until 530 so dinner at 6. First time we've done it so late but want everyone to be able to eat together. Focus for me for food today is small bits, especially since we'll be eating late. And stay away from the jelly beans lol.

Dinner is baked chicken, potatoes, broccoli/cauliflower with cheese, corn, rolls, jello salad, green bean casserole and then apple pie and ice cream for dessert. I'll focus on the chicken and veg mostly. I'll figure what I normally would put on the plate and do less than half. My appetite is less with the meds now but "normal" on the plate ends up to be too much. The problem is if I then eat it all anyway and then I'm stuffed. SO. The plan is to enjoy but not be stuffed. Enjoy the people and be kind to my stomach.
209.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 64.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That sounds like such a great plan. Ever since I have been logging and eating less calories I find myself fuller quicker. I always seem to be under calorie goal. Isn’t it a good feeling?
