Worked late yesterday and over-did it with my back. It voiced its complaints. I hate this!
202.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take care of your back!!! And remember even if you can't exercise right now you can make good food choices. You've got this!

I agree with what Rachel says. You have to take care of your back. If you don't you will be in for some real trouble, i'm talking from experience. Makes it very very hard to lose weight when you can't exercise. Take care of yourself and think positive and you will succeed.
