Back on track. Cut way down on the munching on bad stuff. Eating more salads and soups. My snack this morning was raw cabbage, and have been trying to eat a small apple every day. I find that it really helps with staving off hunger and cravings. And yummy too!
143.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope you are right! I had begun to get discouraged. But then I look at the "Still to go: 13.0 lb" and I am so happy that I am this far. I have actually lost at least 35 pounds, maybe 40, if I just knew how much I weighed when I went in the hospital, but I don't. I just know I have gone from a size 18 to a size 10 and I am as happy as can be! I joined that website Livestrong, I think it'll be neat. Thanks for the suggestion (even though it was for someone else)and the encouragement!
