still here, rough patch at work that seems unending, still walking, still swimming, still rowing. still love a good sunset.

Beautiful pictures! Glad you are still active! Swimming is such good exercise. Low impact which is what Dr is recommending for knee rehab. My gym does have a pool so I'm might need to try it....💜
