As I said, vacation eating is tough. But I'm glad it affected my weight only slightly. I'm getting back into the swing of things; so weight loss, here I come!
165.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Keep it up, Debbra! You've managed your weight so far, and haven't gained since you got back into this. That is a good accomplishment and lays a solid base for your next step.
